We hope to provide professional and affordable peer support for Chinese students studying overseas.

We hope to break the misunderstanding of counseling, eliminate the stigma, and encourage people to explore themselves within the Chinese community.

Mental health training

We hope to develop a phased mental health career training from entry to mastery for students who wish to enter this industry.

Full-ranged peer support

We hope to create a full range of mental health services at home and abroad, from friends and family to schools and society.

Peer supporters

Our peer support is provided by peers who possess professional knowledge of psychology and relevant background. Because of the similar ages and experiences, peer supporters find it easier to understand the emotions, thoughts, and problems from clients, facilitating optimal relationship between clients and peer supporters as well as the result of peer support. 

Training program

The training program is a well-designed system for training peer supporters, which includes a basic introduction of peer support, the relevant methods being used, and the common topics from visitors. The skills and knowledge required for peer support are summarized into individual topics and divided into workshops for potential peer supporters to learn and discuss, and ultimately develop into a good peer supporter.
